What is the refund policy of WebKomp?

WebKomp offers refunds to unsatisfied customers within the first 14 days of purchase. Please contact us, so the support team can try to resolve your issues. If mutual agreement cannot be reached, a refund will be provided.

I just purchased a template. How will I receive my download?

Directly after paying with paypal, you will be redirected back to Web Komp to download your template. The download links will also be emailed to you and will be available by logging into your My Account page.

Is it necessary to renew Developer license every six months?

Absolutely not! Our products will continue to work after six months too. We have half-yearly fees, so that we can continue to provide updates and outstanding support. Once your membership expires, you can still continue using the product. However, you will miss on the updates and support from us.

Is it necessary to renew the single template license every year?

Absolutely not! Our products will continue to work after a year too. We have annual fees, so that we can continue to provide updates and outstanding support. Once your membership expires, you can still continue using the product. However, you will miss on the updates and support from us.

What payment methods do you accept?

Paypal is the only payment method accepted at this time.

Do I need a paypal account to purchase a template?

Feel free to try a free template before purchasing one to ensure your satisfaction. All our free products are available for download without paying any money. Free products are limited featured.

Warranty

The templates generally do well with 3rd party extensions. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demo sites. We cannot give you the guarantee that the products will work with all third party extensions.

Can I use the Template for Commercial Projects?

Domain limit?

No! There is no domain limit for all themes, which fall under GPL license. You can use our themes on unlimited number of domains.

I’ve completed the payment procedure but I have not received any mail with login details or download?
