Hi,
I installed latest JoomGallery and noticed that icons disappear after hover event when tooltips are enabled. The issue of disappearing elements with tooltips enabled is also present in case of many other extensions I installed.

...googling the problem - it seems like there is a conflict Mootools More and Bootstrap jQuery, e.g.,:

I would like to know if you could let me know how to fix this bug as Pioneer is based on Helix 3 - bootstrap is a native thing in this template.
It makes it impossible to use a number of extensions with Pioneer with this bug.

I would be grateful for help.

    Hello,

    The templates generally do well with 3rd party extensions. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demo sites. We cannot give you the guarantee that the products will work with all third party extensions.

    Yes- except the tooltips from bootstrap in ANY 3rd party extension.

    This is obvious - however it DOES NOT work with ALL bootstrap tooltips from whatever extension - so it should be stated clearly in the website demo description.

    I expected professional approach here to solve the huge bug of this demo.
    If you could indicate at least one extension with bootstap tooltips enabled that works with Pioneer - I will consider this topic as closed.
    Please install such extension on Pioneed template and post a link so it can be proved that the bootstap tooltips are supported by Pioneer.

    Our template (bootstrap) tooltip works well :)

    ...so - exactly - my question was about 3RD PARTY extensions.

    This Support does not support issues that are native to the template?

    I would expect at least basic support from Support - i.e., something more than saying that the template "generally do well" with extensions, or posting a screenshot from demo with zero comments.

    I am sure that you realize that JoomGallery is among the most popular extensions. It would be nice if the Support here considered post from clients a bit more serious than comments like "generally do well".

    I assume it is too much to have a look what's the problem and at least give some good advice instead of real support???
