Hi,

I am having to rebuild a site which got hacked and unfortunately the backup was compromised as well.

Have removed all the old files, created a new sql database and uploaded a fresh copy of the quickstart package.

All has installed fine - can access the admin functions. However when i try to access the site i get the message shown in the attached screen capture.

I cannot find the "Allow domains..." refered to in the error message.

Any suggestions?

    Hello,


    Go to acymailing -> configuration -> Subscription (tab) -> Allowed domains for the redirection via the module (input box)
    Here you need to set "all"

    Hi,

    Hapy New Year and thanks for your help.

    I am hoping you may be able to offer some thoughts on what i may be able to do to get round an issue.

    Having reinstalled the Joomla package with a new mysql database everything works fine, public site and admin.

    I then copied back copies of files that i had customised when i first setup the website. That brought back the layout changes but obviously not the content.

    I then renamed the configuration.php file and uploaded the version from the hacked site (the timestamp on the file was from when the site was first installed - so i have assumed that the file had not been altered). The public site works perfectly, all content & layout as it should be.

    The only issue is that i cannot access the Admin functions. The login screen appears, accepts the username & password and then fails. Just shows the black bar at the top of the page and the Joomla logo at the left hand end of that black bar.

    The page source is shown in the attached file - I have redacted the site name at this stage. Obviously I can't post the config files as they contain sensitive data.

    Any thoughts/suggestions on how i can access the admin functions would be much appreciated. As i am trying to avoid rebuilding the site from scratch.

    I have blocked out info in the screenshots that identify other items on the screen!

    Ths site was onifinally setup during Feb 2018, just incase the install package has changed since.
