Hello,

I was just installing the quickstart package that I recently bought my website. I have also installed this local on a Xampp server here everything worked perfectly.
But when I install the package to my webhosts server i get several errors. The first one I got was the white screen of death.. after install of Quick start package with example date both the front and the backend weren't reachable anymore. The error here had to do something with RokCommon and the library files that couldnt be found. Tried installing it this way about 3 times but it didn't work out.

Then I tried the install without the sample data. Joomla was installed and the front and back end were visible but with a lot of errors also.
"type 500" errors that had to do with "default layout not found". So now I am trying my last option.

That is to install a clean joomla version and then also install the Joom template.
If I install the template like this I wont get the modules, plug ins etc.

My question was if there is a possibility to receive al these add ons?
So I can still make the website look like the template with its functions.
If you maybe know a easier way/solution for this please let me know it would help me out alot.

    I suppose the problem is with your web hosting
    Try use Akeeba Backup, backup on your localhost and restore on webhosts.
