    What do you mean active? Do you want to remove Design link?

    Go to styles/jomi/layouts/template.php line 232 remove You can use e.g notepad++

    I need to remove the social buttons; from the menu I can not.

    'Naked' template do not include any modules/plugins, demo content. please install via Extensions manager prntscr.com/k8q24h

    (The best thing you can do (and actually you MUST do) is to install the Quickstart Package e.g on the localhost XAMPP and see how everything is configured.)
